Chapter 3

Lisa's perspective:

Brad wiped his sweaty forehead and cleared his throat before placing his arm on Alpha's shoulder. He joked, "Alpha, I heard you're interested in a beautiful woman here. Why don't we invite her over for everyone to see?"

Alpha smiled, sensing the uncomfortable vibe in the room. He wanted to change the subject. "I'll call her. She's on her way."

He pressed the button on the intercom and asked, "Where is Emma? Why isn't she here yet?" The room became lively again as the other men laughed and chatted. Only Alpha Vladimir played cards at the table.

Brad and Jonathan exchanged glances and sighed with relief, as if they had narrowly avoided a problem.

A few minutes later, several young, beautiful women entered the room. An older woman greeted everyone and introduced the women.

The women were friendly and sat with the men, pushing the bodyguard aside. Brad and Jonathan each had a woman with them.

Alpha Vladimir, however, stayed silent and ignored the women's attempts to flirt with him. He smoked a cigarette and looked unapproachable.

Meanwhile, other women stood on stage in seductive poses. They wore revealing dresses, and the lights dimmed.

The music started, and the women danced gracefully on the stage, particularly Emma who caught Alpha Vladimir's attention.

There was something familiar about her, and he realized it was Lisa, dressed up and dancing. She had good dancing skills from her ballet training, and stripping was easy for her. She became the center of attention.

Suddenly, Alpha Vladimir's expression turned angry, and he pointed at Lisa. "You, come here. Everyone else, leave."

The women on stage stopped dancing, not knowing what to do. Lisa revealed herself and smirked before starting to strip.

Everyone was shocked, especially the men who had seen Lisa as Mrs. Blairgowrie. They never expected to see her doing a striptease.

No one dared to look at Alpha Vladimir. Lisa saw that she had achieved her goal and continued dancing, slowly removing her revealing shirt.

But before she could reveal more, Alpha Vladimir stood up and dragged her off stage, glaring at her. "Have you had enough?"

Alpha Vladimir was furious. "Lisa, what are you doing? Don't you know where we are? Are you degrading yourself because of the Evans family's bankruptcy?"

Lisa glared at him. "I thought you wanted to see me degrade myself. Aren't you happy that I fulfilled your wish?"

She tried to go back on stage, but Alpha Vladimir stopped her. The music stopped, and everyone watched as they argued.

"I'm divorcing you, Alpha Vladimir. We have nothing to do with each other anymore," Lisa declared.

Despite facing divorce, Lisa refused to appear defeated. She wanted to repay him for the pain he caused her. That was the real Lisa.

Jonathan was shocked. "She's divorcing Alpha Vladimir, the most feared man in the business world?"

Brad scolded him. "Shh! Be quiet."

Alpha Vladimir tightened his grip on Lisa's wrist, his eyes filled with anger. "Do you know what you're saying? Are you asking for trouble?"

Lisa didn't back down and stared back at Alpha Vladimir. She pulled out a document and smirked. "Alpha Vladimir, why would I be afraid of trouble? Didn't you throw me into a corner? You left me with no choice but to do this."

"I wanted to do this since two years ago. I'm divorcing you, and I don't care what you do after this," Lisa said coldly.

Everyone was stunned by her harsh words.

"It doesn't matter what you say, Lisa," Alpha Vladimir spoke coldly, glaring at her. "Don't forget, I can make you disappear easily."

Lisa replied mockingly, "Yes, I believe you. So what? Why should I care?"

She struggled to free her wrist from Alpha Vladimir's grip and managed to escape, but it left her in a lot of pain.

Ignoring Alpha Vladimir, she turned to the people in the room. "Sorry for disturbing your party. Goodbye."

After saying that, she fixed herself up and hurried out of the room, leaving everyone in shock.
