Chapter 2 02
After a few minutes of discussion between the families, the wedding finally went ahead. Although initially Aletta also refused to marry Bian, because of the persuasion of her parents, Aletta finally decided to follow all their words.
It was very hard for Aletta to marry someone she didn't love at all; no one understood her feelings at that time. Aletta's heart seemed to be a toy for them; she was very disappointed with Aldo, who suddenly disappeared somewhere.
"Honey, now you are officially Bian's wife," Monica said while hugging her tightly.
After the wedding procession was over, Aletta cried in her mother's arms. Maybe other people thought Aletta was crying because she was happy, but in fact she was crying out of sadness. In the marriage that was supposed to bring happiness, instead, there were only tears of sadness.
"Moms! Will my marriage be okay later? There is no love between me and Bian," Aletta asked with shaking shoulders. Sobs were heard again.
Monica cupped both of Aletta's cheeks, kissing her daughter's forehead affectionately. "You guys will be fine; mom is sure Bian is a good boy. He's Aldo's older brother, and you know him too," she replied with a simple smile.
Bian smiled at Aletta; he didn't expect to be married suddenly to his brother girlfriend. What could be done?
"Moms, can I talk to Aletta for a moment?" Bian asked politely with a sweet smile on his face.
"Yes, you can chat first. I want to meet the guests first," Monica replied, patting Bian's shoulder before leaving there. She was a little calm, even though Bian was married to Aletta. Because Bian is famous for being kind, although sometimes cold and ignorant.
After Monica left, Bian pulled Aletta's hand gently. "Come with me for a moment," he said, pulling Aletta's wrist.
Aletta rebelled against Bian's treatment, trying to release Bian's hand grip. "Let go of me! Why did you accept this marriage? Why didn't you refuse?" She said it irritably.
Bian stopped after taking Aletta away from her family, releasing his grip on her hand, and then replied, "How can you refuse their orders? Didn't you hear that Papa will destroy my company if I don't?"
"But I don't want to marry you, Bian," Aletta said pleadingly.
Bian let out a long sigh. "I know, I'm sorry, but I really can't refuse," he said, looking at Aletta.
While Aletta closed her eyes and said, "It's okay, we'll get a divorce soon,"
"Divorced?" Bian raised one eyebrow.
Aletta nodded. She decided to divorce after a few months of marriage with Bian. Indeed, Aletta still hoped for Aldo to return.
"Alright, but I have one condition."
"What?" asked Aletta, frowning.
"We'll divorce after Aldo comes back; before that..." Bian stopped his words for a moment. He grasped Aletta's hand and said, "Please give me a chance to make you fall in love with me."
Aletta was silent; she didn't understand why Bian wanted to make her fall in love. Aletta let go of Bian's hand. "Okay, it's up to you. But the point is, I don't want to be with you forever, Bian. Because I don't love you." She said with a faint smile, then waltzed away from there, leaving Bian behind.
"Let's see, will Aldo come back?" Bian said while looking at Aletta, who was slowly moving away.

Several hours passed; it was already 23:00 at night. The wedding had just ended, and all the invited guests had returned to their respective homes. Only the families of the two brides and grooms were left.
"Bian! Are you going to take Aletta to your own house after this or to Daddy and Mommy's house?" asked Ayunda-Bian's mother, who was sitting next to Aletta.
"We'll just go straight to my house," replied Bian while sipping a cup of coffee casually.
While Aletta could only remain silent, her mind was only on Aldo. Not knowing where her lover had gone, Aletta's heart seemed numb. She could not accept that Aldo had left her for no reason.
"Aletta? How are you?" asked Ayunda, turning to look at Aletta. While Aletta remained silent, there was no response from her.
"Aletta?" called Monica, tapping the princess on the shoulder.
Aletta gasped, her reverie broken instantly. She turned to look at Monica with a confused look on her face. "What's wrong, Mommy?" She asked, scratching the nape of her neck, which was not itchy.
Monica smiled; she knew exactly how Aletta felt right now. But everything was already done, wasn't it? There was no going back. "Bian wants to take you to live in his own house, dear," she replied, gently caressing the top of Aletta's head.
Aletta nodded slowly, forcing a smile. "Yes, I agree."
After that brief conversation, there was silence again. Before Adnan opened his voice again, "Bian! It looks like Aletta is tired; you guys should go home first," Adnan said.
Bian nodded and moved towards Aletta; the two of them walked hand in hand towards the exit. He was followed by his family from behind. Arriving at the front, Aletta and Bian said goodbye. Aletta shed her tears again while hugging her mother. For the sake of her father and mother, she wanted to sacrifice her heart and marry Bian.
"We say goodbye," Bian said briefly before getting into the car. He was indeed a cold type of man and did not talk much.
"Be careful!"
