Chapter 2 HER POV

"It's so painful to fight, Brittany." he snorted while stroking the back of his neck.

I just laughed at him. His face got even worse because of what I did.

"Let's just leave here, let's go to the cafeteria, I'm hungry," I suggested.

"Nice idea Britt I'm hungry too so let's go," he said hyper.

We stood up and straightened our skirts. I noticed that Doris was stunned so I followed what she was looking at. The groups of students were heading toward us earlier.

"Britt, please tell me again if I dreamed that they were coming here to us." - he said stupidly.

"Where are you going?" he asked seriously.

I swallowed and looked up to meet his gaze but I immediately looked away because I couldn't stand his gaze.

"At the cafeteria, we're going to have lunch." I answered. Fortunately, I didn't stutter.

"You can go with us."-sabi niya.
