Under my insistence, the system obediently gave me the password.

Huh? The password is actually my birthday?!

What on earth is Charlie doing??

I entered the villa, and the front gate was unlocked.

I pushed the door open and walked in, only to see Charlie sleeping on the sofa.

His eyes were tightly shut, his eyelashes occasionally fluttering, and his cheeks were slightly flushed, as if he were in a deep, feverish sleep.

I jumped in fright, bouncing off the edge of the bed.

When did Charlie wake up?

"I woke up when you were dragging me to the bedroom."

How did he know what I was thinking?!

"Why didn't you say anything earlier? You were so heavy, I almost got crushed."

Charlie shrugged. "You seemed so enthusiastic, I didn't want to interrupt."

Charlie raised an eyebrow. "What, weren't you going to use your gentle strategy on me? Already giving up?"

Sometimes it's wise to know when to give in. I clung to Charlie's leg, tears welling up in my eyes.

"Please forgive me, or I'll be single forever, boohoo."

"You don't have to worry about that. You're already my girlfriend."

Charlie raised his hand and patted my head. "You can have a sweet romance with me too."
