It felt like the last piece inside me was also shattered quickly, I returned to the room that had been occupied by Scott, sorting out the past.

Just as I was tidying things up, I suddenly saw a familiar video on my phone. It was a record video of me climbing a mountain many years ago, but now it was posted by Scott using his account.

I was wrapped tightly in the video, so no one could recognize me.

As soon as this video was released, Scott's comment area was full of praise.

"It turns out that Scott had climbed such a dangerous mountain so early. He is indeed my favorite blogger!"

"It's a pity that such an excellent Scott has such a brother. Just because he is jealous of Scott's excellence, he secretly took three minors to climb the mountain in violation of regulations, resulting in the death of three children!"

"He killed three people because of his own selfishness? What face does this kind of person have to live?"

Soon, my information was found out, and there was a lot of scolding on the Internet.

But there were also some rational voices mixed in.

"Could there be some misunderstanding? How do I remember that some climbers said they saw Scott taking three minors to climb the mountain that day."

"I know Chad, he is very professional in climbing and never takes people, let alone any minors."

Just after these two comments were made, I saw two familiar accounts posting long comments below.

"I am Scott's and Chad's father. I can prove that it was Chad who took the three children to climb the mountain. He did this just to frame Scott. I didn't expect such serious consequences. As his father, I really blame myself. I shouldn't have given birth to him if I had known he would become like this!"

"I am Scott's mother. The reason why Chad climbs mountains is because he steals Scott's information and strategies. It has been like this since he was a child. He wants to steal everything Scott wants!"

Watching my parents pour dirty water on me, reversing black and white to excuse Scott, I couldn't tell what it was like in my heart.

But what made me even more disheartened was Mandy.

Since being hurt by my parents again and again, she has become the person I trust and care about the most, and I have not concealed anything from her, even the video that Scott posted, I only sent it to Mandy.

In the beginning, Mandy, a business enthusiast, climbed the mountain alone, but there was a sudden heavy rain and she was in danger. If I hadn't happened to pass by and desperately saved her, she would probably have died there.

After being discharged from the hospital, Mandy pestered me, surrounded me all day long, looked at me with bright eyes, and begged me to be with her.

"Chad, if you don't agree to my pursuit, I will pester you for the rest of my life!"

"I can see that you have a lot of things on your mind and troubles, and I will share these things with you in the future."

Under Mandy's unremitting efforts, I agreed to her pursuit and told her about my family.

At first, she would comfort me and say that she would build a real home that belonged to me.

But later, I didn't know when, she became closer and closer to Scott. By the time I found out all this, something had happened to Scott. Before I could question Mandy, she joined forces with her parents to push me out to take the blame.

After seeing this video, I completely lost my heart to her.

Mandy came back at night. Seeing the injuries on my body, Mandy ran to me quickly and asked anxiously.

"How could you be injured like this, I'll take you to the hospital!"

I shook off her hand and looked at her coldly, "What's going on with the video?"

Realizing what I was talking about, Mandy's face turned pale.

"Scott's mood was not very good just now, you don't know what this trophy means to him at all. I also took out the video for him so that he wouldn't do stupid things. Anyway, you won't be able to climb mountains in the future, those things are meaningless to you."

"You are not me, how can you know whether those things are meaningful to me?"

Being questioned by me, a trace of guilt finally appeared in Mandy's eyes. She walked up to me and held my arm again, explaining softly.

"The situation was critical at the time, I really didn't have time to think too much, I will accompany you to any mountain you want to go to in the future, and re-shoot some videos for you."

Looking at Mandy's serious eyes, I felt mixed feelings in my heart. Just as my mind was in a mess, my parents suddenly rushed into the room.

"Mandy! Something happened to Scott!"
