" So what mean is that, Carina have an older sister?? " I said in confusion, Mrs. Ryales nodded "He disappeared when he and Carina were playing at the playground in the park.." He said to me, I raised an eyebrow at him. "After that happened, you blamed Carina for losing her older sister?!" He nodded because of what I told him, he bowed " But we regret what we have done to her, that's why we went to your house earlier to apologize for what we did to her, but I didn't think that her attitude would reach this level, as if she is a different person.. " She said, I just held my breath "Obviously she will get mad because of what you did to her, and also I need to apologize to her, I made a mistake also" I just scratched my head if Carina would forgive me

I cheated her, also I hurt her emotionally

Carina pov

" Soo I wanna tell you something!! " I rolled my eyes because of him

Meet her, Alliana baldwell carina's friends or should I say fake friend, she came a while ago while I was resting on the sofa

" You know the band that I wanted to go!! Right?? " He stopped while he was telling me that, we are now in the garden while drinking tea

This bish have guts to ask me for money, he thought I was a bank.. He will just take money and leave as if nothing happened?

"Excuse me? Are you here to borrow money?? Who are you? Your face is thick.. " I said, he got angry because of what I told him "What?? Ahh that's it!! After all this year you're complaining to me, why? I always borrow your money.." He yelled at me angrily, this bish "If you're here because of the money, leave! The white kesami first appeared to me but I knew where I was right now, I looked when the door opened and a nurse entered. He was surprised to see me, he came to me

"Ms. Are you okay? Just a moment. I'm going to see the doctor," he hurriedly said to me. I looked around

I looked again when the doctor entered, he was accompanied by the female nurse who entered with him

"Ms. Ryales, are you feeling okay? Do you have any pain??" said the doctor as he looked at me, I shook my head "Do you remember something?" I looked at him and he nodded, I saw a relief on his eyes because of what I told him "It's good," he said as if he was writing something on his checklist

I looked at the nurse when she held my hand, she was taking something that I didn't know

"Can I ask questions?" I said, the doctor looked at me "a pile of boxes fell on your head that's why you lost consciousness and went into a coma, it's a good thing you don't have amnesia because it was your head that got hit" he said so I was surprised

The last thing I remember was that Lauren pushed me down the stairs, so how come it's only my head that got hit, it should be my body that hurts

I was holding my head and it suddenly hurt

"Now Ms. Ryales, you need to calm down, your brain might be affected because your brain is still recovering from what happened, rest first..I will come back here to check on you when you leave the hospital. Now excuse us ms. Kathrina! " he said as he left

Wait. Did he call me Kathrina?

Kathrina pov

I was just looking at the window when the door opened, I turned to see who entered

I was curious to look at the man I didn't know, he approached me

"Glad your awake!" he said to me with concern " Huh! " that's all that came out of my mouth, I didn't know what to say "Are you okay? Why aren't you cleaning your office!! That's what you've been blessed with.. You're always stubborn!! " I was surprised because he suddenly got angry with me

I just stared because of her, I couldn't answer her because I'm not Kathrina

I bowed down because I really couldn't answer her, I don't know what happened to that girl, all I know is that all the boxes fell on Kathrina's and that's why she got promoted

"Hayst.. I'm sorry that I got angry because you weren't careful" he said as he grabbed my head to move it

I was suddenly embarrassed because I had just experienced someone holding my head for four

"I will be back!! I'll be right back, rest first.." he said as he walked out

I was holding my head when suddenly it hurt, a memories flashed in front of me

I just wear a floral dress that matches my skin tone and I let my hair down, And just a little make up and besides Carina is beautiful

I went to a car and was about to leave when the maid approached me so I raised an eyebrow at her

"What?" I said to him irritable "Señora! Where are you going?" he said, I just got a poker face "can you please move! I don't have a time to explain my self to you, you peasant!!" I angrily told him, he moved away a little " but señora!! " he ignored her and I immediately drove the car to the coffee shot

When I arrived, I immediately went to the counter to buy my usual coffee

"Ma'am what's your order?" he said to me with a smile "black coffee with no sugar" I coldly said to her, she nodded, after a few moments she immediately gave me my order, I paid her and went to my usual seat

I immediately sat down and waited for Karlos, I just crossed my arms because he was taking a long time

"That j*rk!! I told him not to be late!! " I said angrily, I waited for a few more minutes when he arrived

He turned around as if he was looking for me, Napa rolleyes immediately

Gosh!! This is annoying than I thought

I fumbled for my cell phone in my bag and called Carlos' number

I saw that he answered my call immediately

"Hello-" he didn't finish what he was going to say when I immediately answered "Your fvcking ten minutes late karlos!! I am here" I waved my hand and he immediately saw it, I immediately hung up and he immediately came to me "Who the hell are you!" he said to me, I looked at him seriously "Sit first!! " I commanded him, at first he hesitated to follow my command but in the end he sat down "Who are you! How did you know my number?!" he said to me in surprise, I sip my coffee and looked him in the eye " seriously?? You don't know me? Your my fucking friend almost 4 years!! I thought you knew me?? " I said to him, he was surprised at me "I don't really know you miss!" he said so I just rolled my eyes " Karlos Dela Vega!! The ceo of Hanabishi and kawasaki, I am Your freaking friend or should I say An Evil and wicked Friend! " I simply said to him his eyes immediately widened "W-What?? Kathrina? How! " he said confused to me, I sip again in my coffee " Did you taking care of my body while I am This body?? " I said, he gaped at me, I immediately slapped him because he was out of his senses "Ow.. What the heck!! You are Kathrina.." He said while rubbing her cheek

Thank you.. I just looked at Kathrina while she was drinking her coffee, she looked at me

"Which hospital?" He said while crossing his arms

She really is kathrina, The way she talks and the way she acts, she really is kathrina no doubt

" At st. ******* hospital! " I told him, he was about to speak when Olivia suddenly arrived

He smiled at me

"Olivia? Why are you here!! " I said, she looked at me as she looked at Kathrina

Kathrina raised Olivia

"Who's this karlos??! Are you cheating on me now!! " He quickly promised me, I looked at Kathrina

I saw a small smile on her face, I was even more nervous because of her smile, I know that smile Kathrina looked at me, I shook my head, she smiled even more

'uhh ohh. This is really bad

"Olivia!! Hahaha Why are you here?? " I said to him, Olivia Scoff "Seriously karlos!! That bish Kathrina is not here!! It's better because she's not here!! " I looked at Kathrina, I saw how serious she was, I was sweating at Olivia's stupidity

Olivia looked at Kathrina, But Kathrina raised her one eyebrow

"What now??! Can't talk?? Have you lost your tongue, or maybe you got nervous because you found out that me and Karlos have a relationship!! " Kathrina scoff
