Chapter 2 When night fell

The next morning, the morning sunlight began to penetrate the window curtains, casting a soft light into Ario and Nara's bedroom. Ario woke up earlier than Nara, feeling the warmth of his wife's body beside him. He felt mixed feelings-between happiness and exhaustion, but more gratitude because their first night went smoothly.

Ario frowned, feeling comfortable but worried. He looked at Nara who was still fast asleep with a peaceful face. Slowly, Ario got up from bed, trying not to wake Nara. He walked to the kitchen to prepare breakfast as a little surprise for Nara.

As Ario turned on the stove and prepared the ingredients, his thoughts drifted to the previous night. He felt satisfied with how they understood each other, but also anxious about how to continue their relationship going forward.

Nara woke up to the tempting aroma of breakfast and slowly opened her eyes. She felt strength and freedom in her body, and immediately smiled when she realized that Ario was awake and cooking.

"Ario?" Nara called softly from the bed. "Are you awake? Why didn't you wake me up?"

Ario nodded, smiling. "I wanted to surprise you with breakfast. I knew you were probably hungry."

Nara got up from the bed and walked to the kitchen, joining Ario. "Thank you. You're really thoughtful."

Ario took Nara's hand and gave her a gentle kiss on the back of it. "I just wanted to make sure our first day together got off to a good start."

Nara looked towards the kitchen that was full of various ingredients being prepared. "Wow, you're really good at cooking. I can't wait to taste it."

Ario set the table and served the food. They sat together at the dining table, enjoying breakfast with warmth and laughter. Nara felt closer to Ario than ever before, and every word he said made her feel more loved.

After breakfast, Nara and Ario sat in the living room, resting after their fun morning activities. Ario sat on the couch with Nara beside him, both feeling comfortable with each other.

"So, how do you feel after our first night?" Ario asked in a gentle tone.

Nara smiled, looking at Ario lovingly. "I feel so happy. That night was so special, and I feel like we're getting closer."

Ario held Nara's hand gently. "I feel the same way too. I know there might be some things we need to learn about each other, but I believe we can do it together."

Nara nodded in agreement, resting her head on Ario's shoulder. "We will face all the challenges together. I believe in us."

The day passed with warmth and togetherness. Ario and Nara spent time together, exploring their new home, and talking about their hopes and dreams. Every moment felt more meaningful because they did it together.

When night fell, they sat on the porch of the house, enjoying the cool night air. Ario leaned back on the chaise lounge and looked up at the stars in the sky, while Nara sat beside him, hugging her knees.

"Nara," Ario began the conversation in a serious tone, "I know we are just starting this journey. But I want us to be open with each other about everything."

Nara turned and looked at Ario intently. "Of course. I also want us to be honest with each other and face everything together."

Ario took a deep breath. "I just want you to know how important you are to me. I want to make you happy, and I will do everything I can to do that."

Nara held Ario's hand. "I want to make you happy too, Ario. We complement and support each other. That's what makes me believe we can get through anything."

They sat in silence for a moment, enjoying each other's closeness and comfort. That night, they felt closer not only physically, but emotionally as well. Their sincere conversation and the warmth they felt made them even more certain of their future together.

As Ario and Nara lay in bed that night, they held each other, feeling the comfort and security of each other.

"I'm glad we can have moments like this," Ario said, stroking Nara's hair gently. "It makes me feel like we're really a couple."

Nara smiled and returned Ario's touch. "I feel the same way. I know we'll face challenges, but I'm sure we can face them together."

They looked at each other lovingly, and the evening was spent in warm embraces and tender kisses, enjoying their company and celebrating the new beginning of their lives.
