Chapter 2 THE WEDDING

The eve of the wedding had Bennie practically glued to the clock, each tick echoing her anticipation. Her eagerness to explore the pleasures she'd been fantasizing about for years reached its peak, especially after hearing those tantalizing stories from her friends. Sleep, if she managed to get any, was a series of dreams inspired by those steamy tales. When she finally woke up, the realization that she'd soon be heading home with Scott, her newly minted husband, brought a smile to her face. The morning of the wedding saw Bennie and her squad transforming into visions of bridal beauty with the help of various makeup artists. On the other side of the pre-wedding spectrum, Scott and his groomsmen were recovering from a wild bachelor's night. Now, let me give you the lowdown on Scott's night. Things got pretty close to crossing a line. His friends, mischievous as they were, decided to spice up the evening with some female strippers. One of them had Scott in her sights, and things were about to get steamy. However, Scott, being the stand-up guy he is, managed to put the brakes on a potentially crazy moment. Tipsy from wine, he apologized to the lady, made a graceful exit, and called it a night. He called his best man and told him that he is leaving because he might end up doing what he would regret. See, Scott might not be a virgin, but he had committed to celibacy since he started dating Bennie. His body count? Just two. And he made sure not to cheat, honoring the commitment he made to his soon-to-be bride. As they prepped for the morning service, Scott couldn't contain his excitement about marrying Bennie. He shared his joy with his groomsmen, expressing how this was the happiest moment of his life. Then came the big reveal to his best man, Oliver, about Bennie's decision to remain a virgin until marriage. Scott was genuinely concerned, not having had experience with a virgin before. He worried about potential complications and the emotional toll on Bennie. "I don't know what to do. She's a virgin, and the last time I encountered one, I ran for the hills when I saw blood after penetration. And the thought of her crying on our wedding day... Scott understood, making a promise to heed Oliver's advice. ‘’ I never knew you could cook up some great advice from this your strong head, I had always known that you might start getting smarter because you stay around me for so so long, so I am practically rubbing off on you ‘’ Scott threw a funny joke at Oliver, and Oliver responded by saying ‘’ Lol, if not for me in your life, you would have made some terrible mistakes in your life, you stubborn child! I will save the insult because its Your wedding day, and I will get back to it after your wedding day ‘’. They both laughed. With all the pre-wedding jitters and advice taken to heart, they finally set out for the wedding venue. The morning was a whirlwind of makeup, laughter, and the click of cameras capturing moments before the "I do's." The entourage went from the 'just wedded' car to the registrar in court for the legalities before heading to the church for the ceremony. The wedding was a gathering of familiar faces, friends, and family. Though it was a somewhat intimate affair – Bennie preferred it that way – the love and joy in the air were palpable. As the vows approached, Bennie and Scott took center stage, exchanging promises, love, and commitment. You could see the happiness radiating from them, especially Bennie, who had been eagerly anticipating these moments. The priest instructed Scott to place the ring on Bennie's finger after reciting his vows. Then it was Bennie's turn, and with joy in her heart, she repeated the vows before slipping the ring onto Scott's finger. When the moment came for the unveiling and the first kiss as a married couple, Bennie was shy at first. But then, with a "this is my day" mindset, she closed her eyes and let the magic happen. The kiss was soft and sweet, sending shivers down her spine. The crowd cheered, and Bennie was on cloud nine. It was the most beautiful kiss she had ever experienced and down till they left the church, she could still feel the gentle stroke before a keenly merge of their lips to kiss each other. One crazy thing nearly happened and that was Bennie forgetting that they were in church, she was getting horny and held Scott’s head to prolong the kissing but quickly regained herself and smiled to the cheering crowd. The official part of the wedding done, they headed to the beachside for the after-party. It was a celebration full of laughter, games, and dancing until they were all happily exhausted. One of the gams they played was ‘’ finding and knowing your partner! They tied Scott’s eye and he was led to where the bridesmaids were, he would touch their faces to determine who Bennie was, eventually, he didn’t fail! The moment he touched the face of Bennie and felt her warm hands, he knew that she was the one. Bennie went through the same process too and she was able to identify her husband even though her eyes were tied. The crowd cheered them up and actually made their day a memorable one. Evening approached, and Scott and Bennie decided it was time to head to the apartment they'd prepared for their first night together. As they stepped into the car, the unexpected unfolded, setting the stage for a twist in their fairy-tale day. The car pulled away, carrying them into the unknown world they had planned and promised to explore together.

It was going to be a crazy night for them until it wasn't!
