Chapter 3 PREPAREDNESS

The night was fast paced and it came in very fast, they were first seated at the eatery close to their apartment alone trying to eat some fries, one could see the love, joy, happiness that flooded their faces as they peeked into their eyes and ate. As the wind blew, the sound of music from the background was slow and calm, the place was quiet empty as Bennie looked lost all of a sudden, the cringe feelings have started creeping in but it was the reverse for Scott. He was feeling scared to touch her baby girl, but at the same time he was really desiring to have her immediately, he told Bennie when they finished eating that they should go up and rest because they have had a very long day. Scott started the conversation, ‘’ My baby, I am glad to finally call you my wife and finally enjoy waking up next to your beautiful face and fig body, I can’t wait for our first night which is this night. ‘’ He smiled almost immediately and it caught the attention Bennie who touched his face with her gentle hands. As the couple held hands and went up, Bennie kissed Scott and gave him the inviting look, something Scott had craved for since he started dating her, the hair at the back of his neck stood still as Bennie gave him a kiss right before they got into the house. By the time he was done with his bath and opened up the door, he noticed that the once-lit room had become darker with just some ritual candles all over the room, it looked so beautiful to behold, he noticed flowers all over the place and he felt weird about it because he thought that he would have been the one doing those things but now it’s her wife Bennie that set that up quickly for their first night. As he looked even further beyond the candle light, he saw her wife on the bed looking all beautiful in a manner he had never seen, well it’s their first night together as couple.
